We’re sorry you’ve had a bad experience at a Catapult shift. We do what we can to ensure you have a good time at work so if you find yourself in a negative situation, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
If you feel like you can make it through your shift, please record a timesheet, detailing your negative experience in the feedback section. You can also use the live chat feature to let us know or email the team directly. Calling is also acceptable, however, we’ll still request an email to keep in our files.
Depending on the situation, we will either email the employer, talk to their account manager or take your complaint further. These complaints will be kept anonymous and we will only use your name with your permission.
