No problem! There are a couple links at the bottom of the email we sent you about booking an assessment that let you cancel or reschedule your assessment. Click the 'rescheduling' link to see all the upcoming sessions available.
When rescheduling/cancelling your assessment, please give the Catapult team at least 1 hour’s notice to avoid having your application terminated.
Please also keep in mind that being reliable is a really important part of being a Catapult candidate. For this reason, we put a limit on how many times you can reschedule. If you attempt to reschedule or cancel an assessment more than 3 times, your application will be terminated.
